Health and wellness are two words that bring back a lot of memories, and even more than that it reminds one to look out for the most essential things in life. One who is healthy may not necessarily be well, but one who has captured the formula to attain the wellness of the body and the mind is on the right side of the health spectrum. Corbin and Pangrazi (2001) define wellness as “a multidimensional state of being” wherein it is reflected through the existence of “positive health” that has a specific number of ways in which it can be achieved, for instance through the maintaining of a certain quality of life or indulging in certain activities that can work towards achieving them.
